What are your toys made out of?
Currently, our Boneyard Pets are made out of 1 of 2 distinct materials.

  • Komatex: is a lightweight, closed-cell, free foam, rigid PVC sheet. It is homogeneously colored with a matte finish that is tough and versatile enough for many of today's applications. Komatex is manufactured to be used for interior and limited exterior applications.
It has chemical and corrosion resistance, moisture resistance (will not rot), and a UL-94 VO flammability rating (very low). It is also approved for use where food is processed or sold.
Komatex sheets are not harmful to human health, or harmful to the environment in their manufacture, application and disposal. Komatex is free of lead, cadmium and barium, and complies with national and international regulations protecting health and the environment. Komatex is 100% recyclable.

    OR

  • HDPE: is a product that is made from only FDA-approved polymers that are formaldehyde-free and have the most the favorable NFPA (fire) and HMIS (hazardous material) ratings. This material is a 50/50 blend of made from a blend of virgin and recycled polymers. The polymers are completely recyclable.

HDPE is a very versatile plastic that is used in a variety of products. HDPE is used for thin products such as milk jugs and juice bottles, butter and yogurt tubs, cereal box bags, sandwich bags, shopping bags and garbage bags, among other things. #2 plastics are commonly picked up with curbside recycling and can be recycled into new bottles, floor tile, drainage pipe, lumber, fencing and more.

    • Non-polluting
    • No acids or harsh chemicals for cleaning
    • Completely recyclable
    • Made from FDA-approved polymers

Our HDPE is manufactured in North Port, Florida and is made out of 100% post-industrial material. We recycle 100% of the material that is leftover from our manufacturing process.

What are your safety and care recommendations for your products?
Due to how small some of the pieces are, we recommend our toys to be assembled by children aged 7 or older. You can clean the material with your choice of soap and water.

Do the dinosaurs stand up on their own? Do they require any type of adhesive to stay together?
Yes! The dinosaurs do stand up on their own without any additional hardware required. They also do not require any type of adhesive, as the pieces fit snugly together by themselves.

Are the pieces numbered?
Our "Oversized" and "Giant" models have numbered pieces, but our "Miniature" and "Table-Top" models do not have this feature.

I need to see/download the assembly instructions, can I do that?
